Abstract

Multicultural counseling in schools is an important approach in helping students overcome the challenges that arise due to cultural differences. Counselors trained in multicultural counseling understand the complexities of intercultural interactions in the school environment and are able to provide support tailored to individual needs. This approach not only considers cultural differences, but also integrates cultural perspectives in the counseling process, so that students feel heard, understood, and supported holistically. By implementing multicultural counseling, schools can create an inclusive environment and support the development of students from various cultural backgrounds. Thus, multicultural counseling in schools has a crucial role in ensuring that every student reaches his or her potential without being hindered by cultural differences.
